Two easy ways to place a wholesale order:

    Ordering

    Our wholesale minimum is $300.00. Please order in full cases.
    We accept half case orders, but there is a $4.00 charge per half case, for opening and repacking the case.


    Payment

    We request prepayment on your first two orders by Visa or Mastercard.
    We are happy to consider offering terms of
    Net 30 Days to customers who order three times a year or more.
    You can request terms after your second order has shipped - just ask us for a Credit Application.
    Net 30 terms are payable by cheque or direct deposit. (We do not offer Credit Card at 30 Days).


    Shipping

    Shipping costs will be added to your invoice.
    Depending on where you are in Canada, and how much you order at once,
    shipping costs are usually 5-10% of your order total.

    SeaChange shipping days are Monday and Wednesday.
    We ship on our next shipping day if orders are received by noon PST.

    Your order will take between one and six business days to reach you,
    depending on your location. Please ask us for options if you need faster delivery.


    Demo support program

    SeaChange offers free replacement for product used in demo for certain items. Ask us for details.

     

    Staff tasting program

    We think you will sell more if your staff is able to taste our Canadian seafood products.
    We offer free replacement for product used in staff product knowledge training.
